Starting A New Church

 A.C.Pike

Hi Everyone,

In the area (Evesham), where I live in the UK, there are no biblically sound churches. All of the churches are either apostate or have compromised in doctrine or practice in one way or another. Therefore, I have felt the need to form a biblically sound church that serves to honour God and that is found in God's word, the Holy Bible.

The name of my house church is 'Cotswold Christian Fellowship. We use the Authorised (King James) Version of the Bible and the 1650 Metric Psalter.

We preach the Gospel Message of the Lord Jesus Christ. We read OT and NT Scriptures. We engage in expositional teaching. We sing Psalms unto the Lord. We pray. We partake of the Lord's Supper (one cup of red wine and unleavened bread) every week. And we have fellowship with our brothers (and sisters) in the Lord.

We meet every Lord's Day (Sunday).

We are hoping (in the Lord) to form a body of elders to offer up prayers and a body of deacons to serve the needs of the Local church.

We are hoping to have a mid-week Bible Study and Prayer meeting.

We are hoping to engage in street preaching on the streets of Worcestershire.

We are currently looking for elders and deacons.

We are a Reformed Church believing the Doctrines of Grace commonly known as 'Calvinism.'

We hold to the Five Solas (Scripture Alone, Faith Alone, Grace Alone, Christ Alone, and Glory to God Alone) of the Reformation.

If you are interested in attending this church, then please feel free to contact me.

For more information, I have posted a link below with regards to the church website: COTSWOLD CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP - Home

Thank you for reading this post.

God Bless,

Andy
