* Not Reconstructive Theonomy with the Judicial Laws and Penalties in place, but the removal of the Ceremonial Law and the Judicial Law and Penalties that were once a body politic for the State of national Israel. Only its General Equity still remains. I do believe in Capital Punishment for murder (Genesis 9).
